All our packages are sent out in the safe hands of Global Freight Services using their Tracked Service.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package.
Please note, Jo Jewett can not be held responsible for packages going missing on customers properties when instructions have been left to leave in a safe place.
We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually that means that most orders get posted the same day if ordered before 12pm. If you order around that time or after the odds are that we will send it out the next day. Occasionally we might have to wait a day or so for some stock to arrive but that is only on a few occasions.
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that is on its way to you.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 20 workings days have passed for EU order and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the rest of Europe.
